Prices quoted below are a guide and include food, crockery, cutlery, staff/service and venue hire for a private function of
up to 5 hours duration.
Finger Food: $40
For a minimum of 50 guests which includes a choice of eight items served over 2 hours. Dessert is an additional $7 per person or a
wedding cake can be served as dessert for $3 per person.
Gourmet Carvery: $35
For a minimum of 40 guests. Finger Food entrees are an additional $7 per person and Dessert is an additional $7 per person.
Gourmet BBQ: $40 TO $45
For a minimum of 40 guests. Finger Food and Dessert are both an additional $7 per person.
Sit Down Dinner: $68
For a minimum of 40 guests which includes a three-course meal.
Music
A comprehensive list of musicians and entertainers can be made available and we are happy to arrange this for you or put you in touch
with a musician.
Hiring
All hiring of additional lights, dancefloors, tables, chairs, linen, marquees can be arranged by us through a hire company who
will bill you accordingly. Table and other flower decorations can be arranged by you.
Cover Charge
A cover charge of $200.00 is payable for any functions that require the venue to be reserved privately and take place during peak Cellar Door periods, that is
all Saturday and Sunday afternoons - 12:00pm til 5:00pm.
The Wedding Service charge is $300.00 in addition to function costs.
Wedding Cake: if you would like wedding cake served as dessert, there will be a charge to cover crockery, cutlery, and service
and clean up (approx. $3.00).
Time of Function
Normally 5 hours. Additional hours can be arranges by prior agreement at an additional fee of $100.00 per hour.
Our liquor license requires us to stop service of alcohol at 11:30pm.
Booking and Payment of Accounts
A $400.00 or 20% deposit, whichever is the higher, is required to confirm your booking, and the balance of payment, excluding
drinks, must be paid two weeks prior to the function date. Payment is to be by cheque, cash or EFTPOS. Payments made by credit
card will be subject to a levy of 3% of the total of the bill. If a cancellation is made, this must be made in writing not
less than three weeks prior to the date of the function for the deposit to be returned. An account for drinks will be tallied
on the day of the function and is expected to be paid at that time.
